supervising

 

Supervision concerns all therapists, support professionals and coaches who are governed by their code of ethics

Supervision is the interactive process between a mentor or a coach, who shares their experiences of coaching or mentoring with a supervisor in order to be advised and to establish a dialogue conducive to reflection and collaborative learning, for the greater benefit of the mentor or coach, their clients and organizations.
The role of the supervisor is to:

  • Develop the skills and abilities of the coach, therapist, HR, managers...

  • Provide a supportive space to reflect on experiences while working with clients

  • Promote quality professional practices that comply with standards and ethics.

  • Facilitate reflective practice on the difficulties encountered in the exercise of one's profession

 

o The general objectives of supervision are:

 

   Support-Support

  • Help to identify and overcome the internal obstacles encountered by the supervisee in his activity.

  • Take into account the personal difficulties that may prevent the supervisee from carrying out his activity serenely.

  • Works with the supervisee on difficult cases

  • Helps the supervisee maintain their well-being, safety and resilience

  • Promotes the development of the professional identity of the person supervised

  • Creates a safe reflection space for the supervisee

 

   Resolution

  • Review the technical difficulties encountered in the exercise and analyze them

  • Resolving ethical and/or deontological dilemmas

  • Ensure the protection of the end customer and his environment

 

   Development

  • Contribute to the professional, commercial, personal progress of the supervisee

  •  

   Elevation

  • Reflect on the meaning of the action at all times (what am I doing, why am I doing it, why am I doing it now, could I do it differently?)

 

   Transformation

  • Values, meanings, deep motivations, visions, missions

Individual personal and professional coaching

  Preliminary interview: Free

Flat rate pack of between 8 and 12 sessions of approximately 1h30 depending on the situation

Flat rate between 1600 and 2200 euros

Payment by bank transfer (possibility of payment in several instalments)

Business :

Professional individual coaching: preliminary interview offered, tripartite agreement

Flat rate pack of between 8 and 12 sessions of approximately 1h30 depending on the situation

Flat rate between 2480 and 3720 euros

30% deposit before the first session, balance before the end of the coaching

Payment by bank transfer

 

Collective coaching, team on estimate

Individual practice supervision

  • Coaches in training, independent coaches:
    240 euros per session, duration 1h30

  • Semester pack of 6 sessions of 1h30: 1440 euros

  • Annual pack of 10 sessions of 1h30:  2160 euros

  • Ability to pay in installments

Internal company coaches:

  • Individual practice supervision: 350 euros per session, duration 1h30

  • Semester pack of 6 sessions of 1h30: 2100 euros

  • Annual pack of 10 sessions of 1h30: 3150 euros

  • Ability to pay in installments

Group supervision

  • Very Small Group:
    4 people maximum, duration 3h00

  • Semester pack of 6 sessions of 3 hours: 2970 euros/6 p.m./(165 euros/h)/person

  • Annual pack of 10 sessions of 3 hours: 4500 euros/30h/(150 euros/h)/person

Example :

Saturday 2:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. (Metropolitan time) /
8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Antilles-Canada time) /
4:30-7:30 p.m. (Mauritius-Reunion time)
